Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services offered by Nautical Vibes Dubai, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider".

The services covered include but are not limited to:

• Jet Ski rentals
• Yacht excursions
• Water sports activities
• Coaching and training services
• Group events and corporate packages

All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

Payment Structure:

• 30% deposit required at time of booking
• Balance payable 48 hours before the scheduled activity
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Bank transfers accepted (must be received 72 hours in advance)
• Cash payments in AED only

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

1. Receipt of the required deposit
2. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
3. Provision of valid identification and driver's license (for jet ski rentals)
4. Completion and signature of the liability waiver form
5. Verification of age and eligibility requirements

You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours containing:

• Booking reference number
• Activity details and schedule
• Meeting point location and map
• Required documents checklist

Age Requirements:

• Minimum age 16 for jet ski operation (valid driver's license required)
• Minimum age 8 for participation as a passenger
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Health and Fitness Requirements:

All participants must be in good physical health. The following conditions may prevent participation:

• Heart conditions or high blood pressure
• Back or neck problems
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgeries
• Severe motion sickness

Cancellation by Customer:

• More than 7 days before activity: Full deposit refund
• 3-7 days before activity: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 3 days before activity: No refund
• No-show on the day: Full charge with no refund

Modification by Customer:

Date/time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A modification fee of AED 100 may apply.

Cancellation by Provider:

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure, customers may choose:

• Reschedule to another available date
• Receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months
• Full refund of all payments made

Customer Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Operate equipment responsibly and within designated areas
• Report any equipment issues immediately
• Respect marine life and environment
• Wear provided safety equipment at all times

Provider Rights:

The Provider reserves the right to:

• Terminate any activity due to safety concerns without refund
• Deny service to intoxicated or impaired individuals
• Charge for damages caused by negligence or misuse
• Modify routes or activities based on weather/safety conditions

All activities include basic third-party liability insurance as required by UAE regulations.

Coverage Details:

• Third-party property damage up to AED 1,000,000
• Third-party bodily injury coverage
• Medical expenses for accidents occurring during the activity

We strongly recommend customers purchase additional travel insurance covering adventure activities.

The Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Natural disasters
• Technical failures
• Maritime emergencies

In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the activity or provide alternative solutions.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws for the following purposes:

• Booking management and confirmation
• Safety and emergency contact information
• Marketing communications (with explicit consent)
• Legal and regulatory compliance

Your Rights:

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal negotiation and amicable settlement
2. Mediation through Dubai Maritime City Authority if required
3. Legal proceedings in Dubai courts if mediation fails

The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Dubai, UAE.
